One surprise was offered to two million people who participated in the New Year celebrations on Copacabana Beach: the official presentation of the mark Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
The brand, developed by ad agency Idéias Tatil Design, was selected in September and was a secret kept under lock and key.

A team of over 40 professionals has worked to develop more than 150 logos to reach the mark, which seems to move and symbolizes the characteristics of people in Rio and the Olympic spirit. According to one of them is a brand that can be experienced ", that is, the design allows the brand to enter, get involved with what she represents so intimate and deep, "a brand sculpture, city sculpture."
