Biaxin Bad Taste In Mouth

Letter to someone who goes to Chile

Laura Freitas

Rio de Janeiro, April 1, 2011

Bethlehem, my teacher and friend:

Glad to know that will travel to Chile and missing that wonderful country, I tell you I've been remembering the beautiful moments lived there.

all started when Mary Eugenia, my dear fellow at the Instituto Cervantes lessons, I said a English course in Santiago de Chile. I did not think twice, I did the registration, I arranged my rags in no time, contacted the native gods, I went and everything went great.

As a guest Carmen Santiago Calderon, despite my age, I was treated like a spoiled child. What love! What attention! What food!

Santiago de Chile is a charming, well planned and easy to be covered once in Alameda O'Higgins, or more truly, Alameda Garden de las Delicias, is a tall tower, and no matter where you are, the tower will guide and trek through the streets of commerce (Orphans, Ahumada, Morand), for the thousands of bookstores near the university, for the market, by hills with ease and do not miss, plus people are very friendly, welcoming and open to help.

I studied in the morning and afternoon: I walked and walked. On the weekends I traveled with my school, by myself or with my mates lessons to Isla Negra, Viña del Mar, on the outskirts of Santiago and Pucon backpacking and a little south of Chile.

People, lakes, pools natural, volcanoes (some smoke), the beautiful scenery ... I write and the images of Chile float in my heart.

I returned twice more and hopefully become more and soon.

So, from the top of my experience, I beg you, enjoy Chile, go to San Pedro de Atacama, cross your fingers and if necessary leave your job, lies, get the sick, the insane, sent to hell to your boss, whatever ... do as God gives you to understand, make a pleasant trip.

you admire and want to see you happy, Laura

PS: do not know, but as a tribute of gratitude register some names: Mary Eugenia, Mauritius, Paloma, Elisa, Carmen, Mateus, Soledad, Angelica, Don Camilo ... and I pay them homage.
